Acebutolol
Acebutolol is chemically a secondary amine that also has an aromatic character. The substance is a beta blocker. It acts at the β1-adrenoreceptor and has an intrinsic activity (ISA). Acebutolol, for example, is used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and angina pectoris.
