Get to know & get together
Midas Pharma held its 4th Onboarding Week for new colleagues. With more than 50 new members of the Midas family from the last 12 months, the event kicked off on August 26 at Wasem's Kloster Engelthal in Ingelheim.
Mr. Karl-Heinz Schleicher, founder and owner of Midas Pharma GmbH, and the entire management welcomed everyone and gladly took the time to get to know everyone personally and toast with a glass of Ingelheim sparkling wine in good Midas style.
The “Midas Rallye” under the motto “get to know & get together” followed in the upcoming days. In small teams, tricky questions about Midas had to be answered.
To make it a little easier for the participants, colorful profiles of all employees with photos, fields of activity and hobbies were posted on all office doors.
The finale was the after-work party with an award ceremony.
This year, our HR department had come up with something special.
Participants in the Midas Rally were able to collect special points by contributing to the party with a program item. Challenge excepted! From poems and art to a Midas song, everything was included. A very successful evening with great, creative contributions, where the “Midas spirit” was perceptible.
