Roofing Ceremony for new office building at Midas Pharma
The ground-breaking ceremony on 22 January 2024 marked the start of the construction of a new office building on the Midas Pharma company site in Ingelheim. Now, just a few months later, the construction progress was celebrated with a roofing ceremony. The modern new building will include a QC laboratory and workspaces for the steadily growing number of employees.
Around 50 guests took part in the ceremony. In addition to the shareholders and the board of directors, employees, representatives of the construction management, the architectural office Kulla, the company Gemünden Bau and other invited guests were present.
With Gemünden Bau, the construction of the project is in very experienced hands. Managing Director Tim Gemünden arranged the traditional roofing ceremony wreath to be placed over the new building, under which he then gave the roofing speech. Afterwards, the company's founder and shareholder, Karl-Heinz Schleicher, welcomed the guests and thanked everyone involved for their good work.
After the official part of the ceremony, the successful progress of the construction work was toasted with a glass of sparkling wine. Guests were able to take a look at the construction site and get an impression of the progress of the project. Catering was also provided.
The roofing ceremony marked a significant milestone for the company's growth. Everyone involved is looking forward to the next phases of construction and the completion of the project in summer 2025.
